!!SUNDRY OTHER UVTA PROVISIONS
Fraudulent transfer law does, of course, operate in the abstract, but requires the application of numerous other areas of law to effectuate its designs. Fortunately or unfortunately, most courts do not routinely deal with UVTA actions, and have frequently reached misguided results (to be kind) in their quest to apply other law to the UVTA and its statutory predecessors. Thus, the drafters of the UVTA have included the following provisions to both correct these misguided results and to give the courts additional guidance on how particular issues should be treated.
